Meetings generally begin with a social hour at 6:00 pm, with dinner and program presentation to follow. We typically adjourn between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm. The summer party and holiday party usually occur on a weekend afternoon/evening. The Annual Symposium takes place over three days in May.
