Joseph Crawford

Joe Crawford earned his law degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1994 and began practice in Portland, Oregon focusing primarily on family law. In 1998, he returned to California and joined the firm that is now Hanson Crawford Family Law Group, LLP, in which he is a partner. Joe has extensive litigation experience in complex family law matters including cases involving complex marital property issues, complex custody disputes, and spousal and child support. He represents clients through all phases of family law litigation before both private judges and in public courthouses. He also represents clients in collaborative law and mediation. Joe is a Family Law Specialist, certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Joe is included in the Best Lawyers in America and is consistently listed as one of the Northern California Super Lawyers by San Francisco Magazine. Joe has written and been a presenter on a number of family law issues.
